  • Window Cleaning

    We can typically clean 15 window panes* Inside and Out for about $135. Each Window is very different. We must determine if there is paint, stain, silicone, hard-water or other materials we will have to spend more time removing.

    *there may be more than one window panes inside of one window frame

    We offer free estimates by either coming to your home and evaluating your windows or over the phone or email.

  • Carpet Cleaning

    We use professional industry standard Carpet Cleaning techiniques and equipment in order to remove soils, oils and stains. We can even treat pet stains to disapear and remove any smell.

    • Our Carpet cleaning procedure
    • 1. Vacuum
    • 2. Pretreat stains
    • 3. Apply environmentally safe cleaning detergent to loosen soils and oils
    • 4. Scrub the detergent into the fibers
    • 5. Using a truckmounted Steam cleaning machine, completely rinse and extract all detergents and soil from the fibers
    • 6. Apply a fiber protector

    Our minimum carpet cleaning charge is $240 if you are in the Pineale area. This covers 450 square feet or about 2 medium sized bedrooms and a living room. After the minimum charge is met it is $0.48/square foot.

  • Duct Cleaning

    Aloha uses high powered gas motor driven vacuums and air compressors.

    • Our Duct cleaning procedure
    • 1. Test the system strength
    • 2. Cover all the vents
    • 3. Remove and clean the furnace fan
    • 4. Attatch the high powered vacuum to the ductwork at the furnace.
    • 5. Using the high powered air compressor, we run agitation devices down each register and trunk line to push all dust and debree back to the vacuum.
    • 6. Repeat this procedure for the return lines
    • 7. Reassemble the furnace and test the system

    Duct cleaning for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single story home will typically cost about $585.00. For a 2 story 4 bedroom home with one furnace it would be about $720.00
